About the Role

Planet Pharma is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in New Providence, NJ. This is a 3-6 month contract position with the possibility of converting to a permanent role.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to high-level executives, manage complex calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements. They will also be responsible for composing correspondence, preparing presentations, and submitting expense reports.

  • Responsibilities include providing administrative support to assigned leaders, managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, and planning and coordinating meetings and events.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for composing and preparing correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of assigned leaders.
  • Additionally, they will assist with scheduling and arranging travel for candidate interviews and work closely with HR to ensure a seamless experience.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $30-$33 per hour, a hybrid work arrangement with partial remote work and partial on-site work at our New Providence, NJ office, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
