Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior/C-level executives in a fast-paced financial environment. This is a temporary role (6-12 months) with potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Plan events, arrange travel (domestic/international), and process expense reports.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, team platforms, and office support.
  • Create and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience supporting C-level executives (financial services preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of O365/Teams a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with Concur, SharePoint, Fieldglass, or Ariba is a bonus.
Estimated Salary:

$29-$34/hour | Banking & Financial Industry | NYC
