We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our mission by managing communications, project management, and the effective operation of our Executive Director's office.
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in an administrative or similar role within nonprofit or youth development organizations. A Bachelor's degree in administration, nonprofit management, or a related field is required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, 403(b) retirement benefits, flexible spending account, life insurance, and employee assistance plan.
