Compensation


As a BCBA, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, new hires are eligible for a $5,000-$10,000 sign-on bonus, and productivity bonuses may be available based on performance.



Job Description


We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist - ABA Therapist to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you will work with individuals and families to observe, identify, analyze, and document behavior challenges. Conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans will be essential responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct observations and create reports to track progress
  • Develop and implement behavior analysis service plans
  • Train team members on plan implementation
  • Explore creative solutions to challenging problems


Requirements:



  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LABA) certification
  • BCBA certification required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, responsible attitude, and compassionate approach
  • Commitment to quality in all aspects of work
