Compensation Package
We offer an attractive compensation package, with the potential to earn $32k+ per year for this part-time (2-3 days/week) position. This figure is prorated based on your scheduled workdays.
About the Role
The Therapist will provide essential behavioral health services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Delivering individual and group therapy sessions
- Developing behavior plans tailored to each resident's needs
- Collaborating with nursing home staff to recommend behavioral interventions
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in our Electronic Medical Record system
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you will require a Master's degree from an accredited institution, a valid state professional LICSW license, and a valid driver's license. You should possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently on a daily basis. Additionally, proficiency in using email, the internet, and other healthcare-related software is necessary.
