Job Summary

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Brockton Behavioral Health Center. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with patients experiencing complex mental health and substance use needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients using evidence-based methods, providing treatment plans and prescribing medications as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and support patients in emergency situations
  • Document clinical progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with specialization in mental health
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts and DEA certificate
  • Advanced practice certification by a nationally recognized certifying body
Estimated Salary

$115,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
