Job Summary

Orlando Health is seeking a dedicated Sports Partnerships Specialist to manage the hospitality assets, processes, and calendar of events for the enterprise to enhance the executive and team member experience and increase awareness of the organization's sports and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Hospitality Assets: Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and utilization of hospitality assets to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Coordinate Events: Plan, organize, and execute events, including ticketing, catering, and logistics, to provide exceptional experiences for executives and team members.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster and maintain relationships with sports partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships and events.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Control and maintain the inventory of event materials, jerseys, polos, and swag items to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate Event Planning Committee: Coordinate and facilitate event planning committee meetings, prepare updates for leadership, and ensure successful execution of events.
  • Manage Budget and Expenses: Maintain and control budgets for events, catering, and other necessary expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Sports Partnerships Manager and Sr. Director to develop and implement marketing strategies to engage internal stakeholders, executives, and the community.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including sports partners, vendors, and team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Licensure/Certification: Valid Florida driver's license and insurability under Orlando Health's insurance carriers' requirements and standards
  • Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a business environment with increasing responsibility for coordinating events and/or ticketing platforms
  • Skills: Proven organizational, communication, and facilitation skills; ticketing platform experience preferred
