Job Summary
Fawkes IDM is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Recruiting Assistant to support our recruitment efforts. This role involves preparing bi-weekly staff recruiting emails, scanning and uploading recruiting documents, and maintaining the Application Tracking System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Campaigns: Prepare bi-weekly staff recruiting emails to promote open positions.
  • Document Management: Scan and upload recruiting documents into the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain the Application Tracking System, including dispositioning applicants, checking in applicants, processing duplicate applicants, and managing candidate diagnostic assessments.
  • Hiring Process: Post new open positions internally and externally, and create electronic recruiting files in iManage.
  • HR Support: Administer and manage the candidate diagnostic assessment process, maintain and update Smartsheets and spreadsheets related to staff recruiting, and submit new hire and non-employee worker conflicts for processing and e-file completed forms.
  • Administrative Support: Process non-employee workers and enter their information into the HRIS system, greet and escort applicants to conference rooms for interviews as needed, and process staff employment verifications and invoices for the Human Resources Department.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in an office environment, preferably in a law firm, corporate, or professional setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Salary:$58,000 - $68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
