Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Woodgrain Distribution. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately filling and scanning customer orders prior to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate a handheld scanner to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Efficiently move materials around the warehouse to ensure timely order completion.
  • Package units and prepare them for shipment.
  • Print and apply shipping labels to materials.
  • Assist with physical inventories as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Comply with company safety policies and OSHA standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
