Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and process work order requests for the Boise site, including internal customer requests for Fab, Facilities, and building sites and grounds.
  • Customer-facing position leveraging professional usage of all communication channels, including Phone, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and in-person.
  • SAP resource lead for assistance in using and understanding SAP for the facilities' work order business process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Team player and collaborator.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of prior experience using SAP.
  • Background in Construction or Facilities Manufacturing Plant.
