Job Summary

The Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily tasks of Distribution Center Associates and implementing continuous improvement projects to manage and improve the flow of products through the building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage distribution center associates in day-to-day tasks with the inbound and outbound processes of receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Ensure the overall Safety, Quality, and Productivity of distribution center associates.
  • Manage multiple priorities against tight deadlines by maneuvering the workforce to meet the workload(s).
  • Ensure shipping, order fulfillment, and processing goals are met.
  • Manage safety programs in the warehouse that includes meetings, trainings, and record keeping ensuring standards are met or exceeded.
  • Encourage open communication with staff and pursue continuous process improvements and efficiencies while maintaining a positive, results-oriented work environment in the warehouse.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 5 years' experience.
