Special Assets Latam VCAT Manager

The Hispanic Technology Executive Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Valuation and Credit Analysis to lead our Special Assets Latam team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex and critical professional disciplinary areas, leading a team of professionals, and driving business growth in the Latin American region.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the Special Assets Latam portfolio, ensuring that all assets are valued and risk-managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Valuation and Credit Analysis: Develop and review corporate valuations for Citi's exposures within the region, utilizing advanced valuation techniques and financial models.
- Workout Strategies: Develop and implement workout strategies to minimize risks or maximize returns on larger commercial transactions, working closely with customers, attorneys, and other third-party professionals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and direct a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure the success of the team and the organization.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business and risk management partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the Special Assets Latam portfolio, ensuring that all risks are managed within acceptable parameters.
- Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics and reporting criteria for loan performance, ensuring that all reporting requirements are met.
- Education: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in risk management, corporate finance, banking, consulting, or finance.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and financial models, sound knowledge of valuation techniques, and ability to navigate financial statements for public and private companies.
- Language: English proficiency required, Spanish proficiency preferred.
The Hispanic Technology Executive Council offers a competitive salary range of $176,000 to $265,080, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
