Job Overview

The American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) is in search of a dedicated Program Analyst to enhance the development of graduate medical education initiatives through innovative research and comprehensive data analysis.

What You Will Do:

As a Program Analyst, your role will involve generating content and research to further advance Graduate Medical Education (GME). You will gather and analyze data from various sources, collaborating on research initiatives that support our Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (COMs). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching, developing, and executing original project ideas, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Creating toolkits and educational resources for GME development.
  • Assisting with rapid-response activities related to accreditation and policy changes.
  • Authoring briefs and reports tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Coordinating with consultants and partner organizations to implement GME strategies.
  • Tracking key performance indicators and generating impact reports.
  • Facilitating meetings, workshops, and conferences to enhance program engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree along with approximately three years of relevant experience. Essential skills include:

  • Strong research and data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Tableau for data visualization.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for clear communication.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating self-motivation and openness to feedback.
