Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager

As a key member of our Service Department team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in the service lane. You will be the first point of contact with our customers, providing expert guidance on product offerings, inventory needs, and technician scheduling. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure seamless interactions with customers, technicians, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to ensure customers are not mishandled.
  • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
