Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and maintain key client relationships as an Employee Benefits Account Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build trust with clients, and possess a strong understanding of employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN KEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
  • SERVE AS A BENEFITS ADVISOR TO CLIENTS
  • COLLATERAL DEVELOPMENT OF EXTERNAL DOCUMENTS AND COMMUNICATIONS

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in account management and client relationship building
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
