Job Title: Surgical Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. As a Surgical Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately
* Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:
* Current licensure as a registered nurse in Texas
* BLS certification; ACLS certification or successful completion within 3 months of hire date
* Minimum of two years' work experience as a staff nurse with surgical floor experience

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
