Hospice Care Assistant

Care for patients in need of hospice care as a Clinical Support Specialist with Cantex. With over 1 year of experience in Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant roles, you'll provide daily nursing care and services to patients in accordance with their care plans. Your role will be to promote independence, advise supervising nurses on patient status, and document observations.
About the Role- Provide personal care to patients, ensuring safety policies are followed
- Promote patient independence and contribute to maintaining a safe environment
- Document observations and report any malfunctions to supervisors
