Job Title: QRT Customer Representative

Job Summary:

The QRT Customer Representative position is a key role in driving inside sales and processing customer quotations. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interface with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer requests and quotations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the Quick Response Team to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
  • Interface with customers and vendors to provide quotations and resolve issues.
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
  • Closes new accounts by answering inquiries and verifying information.
  • Provide support for day-to-day management of assigned projects.
  • Develop accounts by checking customers' buying history and suggesting related items.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Sales.
  • 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Strong team player with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with and manage outside vendors.
