Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
The QRT Customer Representative position is a key role in driving inside sales and processing customer quotations. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interface with customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer requests and quotations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the Quick Response Team to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
- Interface with customers and vendors to provide quotations and resolve issues.
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Closes new accounts by answering inquiries and verifying information.
- Provide support for day-to-day management of assigned projects.
- Develop accounts by checking customers' buying history and suggesting related items.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Sales.
- 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
- Strong team player with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with and manage outside vendors.
