As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from customers, policyholders, and insurance agents
- Gather information to help qualify damage for repair, replacement, or recalibration services
- Communicate and resolve issues with an empathetic and patient mindset
- Operate various computer-based systems to enter data quickly and accurately into systems in real-time
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate a computer and telephone system while seated for extended periods of time
- Ability to work one weekend day per week
- Prior experience in customer service
- Experience utilizing several computer-based systems at a time
