Job Summary

We are seeking a charismatic Host/Hostess to join our team at our Miami location. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Perform host stand set-up, running side work, and closing duties
  • Display exceptional Southern Hospitality and provide a warm welcome to our guests
  • Be the positive and uplifting first impression for guests, ensuring a memorable experience
  • Greet and seat guests in an organized, professional, and friendly manner
  • Properly record reservations and quote wait periods
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the front entryway
  • Assist in table maintenance when able
  • Stay current with all upcoming promotional events
  • Communicate all guest requests and special occasions to the server and Leadership Team
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional service
Requirements
  • Restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for 9 hours
  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
  • Clear and accurate communication
  • Command of the English language
  • Basic computer skills
  • Action-orientated towards guest requests
