Job Description

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager III to join our Commercial Banking team in Jacksonville, FL. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing strategic guidance to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute relationship strategies to acquire and retain clients, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Provide expert financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage risk and return on investments, ensuring alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage PNC's products and services, delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial banking, financial services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial products, services, and industry trends, with a focus on commercial banking and risk management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
