Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at TD Bank Group. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial banking customers, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial banking customers, understanding their financial needs and providing them with customized solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on financial products and services, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate ourselves and drive business success.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial banking or a related field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
