Role Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Programs Officer, the Vice President of Research, Evaluation & Quality Improvement will spearhead the formulation of a research agenda that aligns with our organizational goals. This role involves crafting strategies that showcase program effectiveness, facilitating data-informed decision-making, and establishing a robust evidence framework for violence prevention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define evaluation priorities and develop outcome metrics.
- Establish research agendas and quality enhancement plans.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to drive impactful evaluation and research initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in research and leadership roles.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proficient in various research methodologies.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications.
