Job Overview:

Floor Interior Services, Corp seeks a detail-oriented and experienced HR Specialist to support our team in administering human resources functions.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies
  • Analyze and resolve employee issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with department heads to drive business objectives

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Administer health and life insurance programs
  • Implement development plans
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they're eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Maintain organizational charts
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills
