Benefits and Compensation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Benefits and Compensation Specialist to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for benefits for new clients during the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret employer benefits plan requirements
- Build and configure customized benefit plans used in coordination with other services sold and other departments as necessary
Requirements:
- Full understanding and subject matter expertise of EDI/carrier connections, cobra, FSA, HSA and ACA reporting and compliance
- Associate's Degree, college or technical school with 2-3 year's experience in employee benefits administration using HCM, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred, License in Life, Health insurance products, CEBS, CBP, PHR or SPHR a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
