About this Job

The Sales Enablement and Training Specialist role at TransLoop Logistics is designed to optimize the sales performance of our customer-facing representatives. This involves developing and delivering training programs to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.

Salary Range

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage (50% paid by the company), personal financial advisor, and wellness days.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, TransLoop leadership, and HR to understand training needs and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with trainees, addressing questions and concerns to facilitate a positive learning environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sales best practices, and new technologies to incorporate relevant information into training programs.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations, with a focus on training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse management, transportation, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
