Head of Business Development for Telecom Sales

Elite Recruiters, LLC is partnering with a leading technology solutions provider offering data networking, voice, and managed services throughout the Midwest. The company is headquartered in Akron, Ohio, and has a 24x7x365 Network Management Center in Chicago, Illinois.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development for Telecom Sales to lead our sales team in driving business growth and exceeding quota targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization and build your own team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in telecom senior leadership roles, driving teams to meet or exceed sales quotas while overseeing business services for MSO, technology, or telecommunications companies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales teams in direct sales, indirect, and partner-based channel sales programs
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and exceed quota targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships

Requirements- 5+ years of telecom senior leadership experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred
We offer a competitive salary plus commission plus company benefits package. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
