About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Growth Specialist to join our team at Juniper Health in Lombard, IL. This is a hybrid role that involves establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare practices across the Chicagoland area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential clients to drive business growth.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of practitioners and their patients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and regular follow-up with prospects.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat orders and expand the account base.
- Drive practitioners and practices to sign up for our platform and maximize the adoption of our services among their patients/clients.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to help refine and enhance Juniper Health's offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals, with strong prospecting abilities.
- Creativity and innovative thinking to drive sales success.
- Agility and ability to pivot and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and hunger to succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
