Description

Island Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of front desk operations and serve as a key point of reference for our guests and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
  • Prepare reports for the management team

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work well in stressful situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variable schedule based on guest occupancy and other factors
