Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and confirm guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, and requests
- Process payments, verify and adjust billing, and secure payment
- Activate and file room keys, and provide guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and services
- Follow up on outstanding requests and problems from the previous day and resolve them
- Run and review daily reports and logs, and complete designated cashier and closing reports
- Count bank at the beginning and end of shift, and secure bank
- Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft
- Follow all company policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, and anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
We offer a competitive salary range of $25.40 to $25.40 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, health care flexible spending account, dependent care flexible spending account, life insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, adoption expense reimbursements, paid parental leave, educational assistance, 401(k) plan, stock purchase plan, discounts at Marriott properties, commuter benefits, employee assistance plan, and childcare discounts.
Benefits are subject to terms and conditions, which may include rules regarding eligibility, enrollment, waiting period, contribution, benefit limits, election changes, benefit exclusions, and others.
Employees will accrue 0.03847 hour for every hour worked to be used toward PTO/Vacation/Holiday/Sick.
