Position Overview:

In the capacity of a Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding and offering technical support to Journeyman plumbers as they undertake the installation and repair of sewer and water lines, re-pipes, and various plumbing services. Your leadership will be essential in navigating complex tasks, providing essential training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Reporting directly to the Plumbing Manager, your contributions will be vital in ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely project execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Journeyman plumbers with intricate tasks while ensuring quality assurance.
  • Educate plumbers on essential skills, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the upkeep of company property, vehicles, and tools.
  • Conduct business with professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Ensure proper inventory and maintenance of company vehicles.
  • Exhibit leadership and customer-centric focus to field personnel.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as necessary.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbing, particularly in underground installations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in plumbing systems, materials, and underground plumbing methodologies.
  • Have a solid understanding of plumbing codes applicable in North Carolina.
  • Show proven leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire teams.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hold a valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Be physically capable of lifting heavy materials, working in diverse weather conditions, and operating excavation equipment.

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- No On-Call Duties

Compensation: $28.00 to $30.00 based on experience
