Job Overview

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing technical and mechanical functions at our properties in the Charlotte area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct daily inspections of properties to identify and address potential issues.
  • Assist with the installation and alteration of building equipment systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of building systems.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, or plumbing.
  • At least three years of experience in commercial building maintenance.
  • Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment and procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with blueprints and code requirements.
  • Universal CFC certification a plus.
Working Conditions

The Mobile Maintenance Engineer will work in a fast-paced environment, performing a variety of tasks in a variety of settings. The position requires the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, work from heights, and verify colors. The engineer will also be required to climb ladders frequently.
