Mozaic is seeking a skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with businesses in the Creator Economy. Based in either Nashville, TN or Chicago, IL, this role demands a deep understanding of financial technology and/or financial sales within the Music Industry or Creator Economy.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B Enterprise sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. They must also possess in-depth knowledge of digital content creation and emerging trends in the financial technology sector, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B Enterprise sales strategy aligned with Mozaic's business objectives.
- Cultivate relationships and generate qualified leads among potential enterprise clients within the Creator Economy and Music Industry.
- Lead the negotiation and closing process for enterprise deals, ensuring successful contract execution and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprise accounts.
- Understand clients' business challenges and tailor Mozaic's financial solutions to meet their specific needs.
