Sales Development Opportunity in Nashville

The Bosch Group is seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Professional to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the region by identifying new distribution opportunities, expanding distribution within existing accounts, and promoting sales of products. Additionally, you will maintain forecasts through effective use of distribution channels and manage customer complaints in accordance with company policy.

To succeed in this position, you must have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in the construction, building materials, and/or power tools industry. Strong negotiating, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, as well as a proven sales track record. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, is required. SAP experience is a plus.
