About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Partner to join our team at Meta. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our top advertisers in the Entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive step-change investment growth for our Entertainment clients.
  • Cultivate Executive Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • New Business Growth: Identify and lead new business growth opportunities for our Entertainment clients.
  • Complex Workstream Management: Manage complex workstreams end-to-end, with the ability to remain flexible in a dynamic account environment.
  • Client Issue Escalation: Serve as the escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy and consulting roles.
  • 3+ Years of Experience as a Proven Advisor: 3+ years of experience as a proven advisor influencing senior-level executives and clients.
  • Communication: Experience clearly communicating the progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the skills to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Analytical: Proven track record in storytelling through data visualization, developing insight-backed hypotheses, and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases and influence key decisions.
  • Internal & External Influence: Experience collaborating, communicating, and influencing a diverse set of cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and data science.
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Understand the client's business, industry, competition, company priorities, and marketing budget, define success metrics, and set goals for joint partnership objectives.
  • Platform Mastery: Experience gaining mastery of product suite and combining it with an understanding of the client's product/systems to seamlessly zoom out and in when driving long-term big-bet solutions with clients.
  • Leadership: Experience leading and rallying teams and cross-functional partners around common goals or objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Meta's Full Suite of Advertising Solutions: Experience working with Meta's full suite of advertising solutions.
  • Experience Working Cross-Functionally with Product Teams: Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams to improve product features and functionalities.
