About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Enrollment Agent I to join our team at Idemia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and security in your community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience and meeting quality standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment, including computer hardware and software.
  • Identity Verification: Verify customer identity and scan required documents into our database system.
  • Biometric Processing: Successfully complete required biometric and data capture processes and paperwork on each customer.
  • Time Management: Track processing time for each applicant and ensure applicants are processed in the appropriate order.
  • Quality Control: Perform biometric processing to include capturing quality electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures to meet or exceed program accuracy standards.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to provide more products and services to customers and create value through the upselling of retail products and services.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Adhere to all company and departmental employment policies regarding security and confidentiality to ensure applicant documents and information are safeguarded at all times.
  • Enrollment Center Standards: Adhere to all company and departmental policies relating to Enrollment Center standards, including signage, branding, and employee attire policies.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform Enrollment Center Sustainment responsibilities on a daily basis, including administrative tasks such as time keeping, shift schedules, daily activity reports, card inventory, equipment inventory, and submitting updated enrollment center photos and requisitioning supplies.
  • Representation: Represent the company and the programs that are supported in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
  • Support: Support Customer Service Registration and Reservation activities as necessary.
Requirements
  • US Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: Minimum one (1) year applicable experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Background Screening: Must be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements, including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen, as well as obtain any required program-specific credentials and certifications.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to travel locally for activities such as backfill at local enrollment locations, meetings, classes, and workshops. Occasional overnight travel may be required, but should not exceed 25% of the time. Travel by air may be required for initial company training as well as occasional new program or services training.

The work environment is a general office setting with adequate lighting, heating, and ventilation. The physical demands of this role include standing, sitting, or a combination of both standing and sitting to do the work, with some walking, standing, bending, reaching, and carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts, driving an automobile, etc. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
