Job Description

Hillpointe is a leading real estate development and investment management company focused on creating market-rate workforce housing across the Sun Belt. As a dynamic and innovative organization, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies: Design, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to support the goals of Hillpointe and Pointe Grand Apartment Homes.
  • Brand Management and Consistency: Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels and properties, maintaining the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Website Development and Optimization: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company's websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO optimized.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads to our properties, utilizing a mix of digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and more.
  • Paid Digital Media Management: Manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns, including programmatic advertising, display ads, PPC, and other paid channels, ensuring maximum ROI and effective audience targeting.
  • Content Creation and Strategy: Lead the creation of high-quality digital content, including blog posts, videos, and other digital assets, to engage potential and current residents.
  • SEO and SEM Optimization: Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to ensure prospective residents find our properties easily, continuously optimizing for better search rankings and performance.
  • Analytics and Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI. Provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Vendor Collaboration and Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners, including ad agencies, content creators, and web developers, to execute digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the multifamily or real estate industry
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and content management systems
  • Experience in managing paid digital media campaigns and optimizing for ROI
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology
