Hillpointe is a leading real estate development and investment management firm focused on creating market-rate workforce housing across the Sun Belt. As a dynamic and innovative company, we're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on our day-to-day operations and contribute directly to our overall success. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll work closely with internal teams to drive targeted traffic to our website, generate high-quality leads for our communities, and enhance our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Collaborate with our marketing team to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including search marketing, social media, paid advertising, and ILS media management.
  • Lead Generation: Partner with internal teams to develop strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads for our communities, utilizing tools like SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Performance Tracking: Build, monitor, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using CRM data and analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation, presenting data-driven insights to management.
  • SEO & SEM Optimization: Assist in optimizing our website and online content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Director of Digital Marketing, graphic designer, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and online campaign management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
