Key Responsibilities- Client Support and Partnership: Partner with Sales Account Executives to support new business development opportunities, and provide proactive planning and operational support to ensure effective and cost-efficient client operations.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Identify and solve complex problems that impact client management, relationships, and direction, and provide visionary expertise on efficiencies and tools related to those efficiencies.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Management, Product, Sales, and Account Management teams, and establish and foster relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic Leadership: Independently formulate decisions that may have significant operating and financial impact to Visa initiatives, reputation, and clients, and lead cross-functional crisis management teams as needed.
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Master's, MBA, JD, MD), or 2+ years of experience with a PhD.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of payments industry, client-facing technical consulting experience, and ability to solve complex global cross-functional issues exercising critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree (e.g. Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or PhD.
- Competitive Salary: Estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $113,100 to $173,650 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
- Bonus and Equity: Eligible for bonus and equity.
