Position Overview

The Lia Group is currently seeking a dedicated Rental Operations Associate to enhance our customer service in the rental department.

COMPENSATION: $16-$17/hour based on experience

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Exceptional customer service and follow-up abilities
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to accept guidance and feedback from management
  • Motivated to meet individual and departmental objectives
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Proficient in communicating with customers through various channels including phone, email, text, and in-person
  • Basic computer skills
  • Possession of a clean and valid driver's license

KEY DUTIES:

  • Handle incoming calls and manage rental transactions
  • Conduct inspections of rental vehicles
  • Enter customer information into the dealership management system
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
