Position Overview:
- The Physical Therapist I plays a crucial role in the rehabilitation process, focusing on the unique needs of each patient to enhance their physical, functional, psychological, social, and emotional health. This role operates under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Services and collaborates closely with Level II Physical Therapists, adhering to established organizational and departmental standards.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in both ambulatory and acute care settings is essential.
