Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at The Lia Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our service lanes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the flow of service lanes to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service to our customers.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating repair information and recommendations from technicians to customers.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to assure a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clean and valid driver's license.
