Job Overview

The Millennium Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Office Services Associate Driver. As a key member of our mail and office services team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up mail from client locations, maintaining daily paperwork, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison between TMG's mail and office services team and client departments.
  • Drive throughout the metro Atlanta area to deliver and pick up mail from client locations.
  • Maintain daily paperwork and records.
  • Respond to and create emails as needed.
  • Ensure Policies and Procedures are followed.
  • Work with and assist co-workers in achieving goals and completing assignments.
  • Demonstrate dedication and commitment to the team.
  • Interact in a constructive, positive, and respectful manner; deliver superior service and build strong relations with internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail to appropriate recipients and departments.
  • Make timely collection of outgoing mail and prepare and process outbound courier shipments.
  • Track and maintain records and logs of mailing and perform accurate data entry as needed.
  • Responsible for inventory control of mail and shipment supplies.
  • Pick up and deliver supplies to designated locations as needed for mailing projects.
