Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Associate at FedEx Office and Print Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our products and services, and ensuring seamless operations in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives, and finding solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services.
  • Operations: Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store, and ensure all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change.
  • Quality and Safety: Follow FedEx Office standard operating procedures, and adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Experience: 6+ months of specialized experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Quality Driven Management: Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes, work with management to reduce company costs/wastes, and apply Quality concepts presented at training during daily activities.
