Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Associate at FedEx Office and Print Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on print and shipping services, and ensuring seamless operations in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating customer needs, and offering personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Print and Shipping Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of print and shipping services, including printing, signs, and graphics, and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized retail store environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained.
  • Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and making change as needed.
  • Quality and Safety: Adhere to FedEx Office quality and safety standards, ensuring all work is performed to the highest level of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6+ months of specialized experience in customer service, print, and shipping.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for extended periods, moving and lifting up to 55 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
