Key Responsibilities

  • Print and Shipping Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of print and shipping services, including printing, signs, and graphics, and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized retail store environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained.
  • Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and making change as needed.
  • Quality and Safety: Adhere to FedEx Office quality and safety standards, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, move and lift up to 55 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
