Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Associate at FedEx Office and Print Services. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our products and services, and ensuring seamless operations in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives, and finding solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services.
  • Operations: Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store, including setting up and operating printing, binding, and other related equipment.
  • Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Experience: 6+ months of specialized experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing during entire shifts, moving and lifting 55 pounds, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with substantial pressure.
