Operations Office Clerk

Job Title: Operations Office Clerk
The Operations Office Clerk plays a vital role in the success of our operations by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of shipping and receiving activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service assistance to customers and manage incoming calls.
- Verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Set daily delivery appointments and process incoming deliveries.
- Resolve any issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal staff.
- File paperwork daily and maintain accurate records.
- Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 3 months verifiable customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to effectively multitask.
