Opportunity Overview

The Global Research team at OKX consists of 8 dedicated researchers worldwide, focusing on customer-centric innovation. We deliver valuable customer insights throughout all stages of product development, ensuring our offerings are both usable and beneficial. Our team operates in an agile and integrated manner, collaborating closely with product and design teams to implement our findings effectively.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify research opportunities in collaboration with product managers, designers, content creators, and data analysts.
  • Establish research panels and maintain a continuous feedback loop from users.
  • Create research roadmaps and achieve stakeholder consensus on project scope and timelines.
  • Lead and manage various qualitative and quantitative research initiatives from planning through to reporting.
  • Effectively communicate research findings to assist teams in understanding user needs.
Qualifications We Seek
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading research initiatives, including planning, recruiting, executing, analyzing, and applying findings. We look forward to hearing how your research has influenced product and design decisions.
  • Strong grasp of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, and tree testing, with the ability to integrate these with data sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on educating teams about user research.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • More experienced candidates will be considered for a Senior UX Researcher role.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams (PM, Design, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Interest and knowledge in the blockchain and fintech sectors.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Turkish.
