As a UX Program Manager (UX Programs & Operations), you will merge expert project management capabilities with a passion for user experience to assist your team in enhancing the design of products utilized by billions.

You'll plan initiatives, define milestones, assess risks, generate actionable insights, and ensure that projects adhere to timelines.

You will synchronize the efforts of UX Designers, Researchers, Content Strategists, UX Engineers, and other UX disciplines, while also collaborating closely with our Engineering and Product Management partners to drive UX team goals and create innovative experiences for our business, products, and users.

As a Senior UX Research Program Manager (UX Programs and Operations), you will integrate expert project management skills with a dedication to user research to support your team in refining the design of products used by billions.

You will collaborate directly with our UX Research teams to establish and develop UX programs that amplify the voice of our end-users and facilitate the scaling of Research operations across our product teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
